Our staff’s accumulated experience and knowledge is dedicated to the service of all residents,
and to the maintenance of our building. Concierge staff are happy to assist or advise at any time.

24 Hour Concierge

The concierge operates 24/7 with two staff on duty during peak
periods and one at other times. Concierge services include:

  • First point of contact for residents, visitors & all service providers
  • Coordination of all move-in and move-out requirements
  • Attention to all emergencies
  • Access provision to tradespeople and cleaners
  • Visitor parking management
  • Mail room distribution
  • Handling of special deliveries
  • Patrolling common areas and car parks
  • Every form of reasonable assistance to all residents
